Seems like an easy way to bust your face
Today in the why-is-this-necessary corner of the fitness world, a video is spreading of a Polish gym nut who, instead of opting for a straightforward treadmill routine, went with a more unorthodox approach. (Here are some better, and safer ways to burn fat on the treadmill, though.) After a quick warm-up, this guy decided he was going to run sideways across a whole fleet of treadmills, with way too many camera angles tracking his progress.
The DIY stuntman prepared for his feat with some inexplicable shadow boxing, which probably didn’t help at all, before transitioning to a steady run on the far left treadmill to set the pace. He then skipped down the row, hopping from treadmill to treadmill like the fifth member of OK Go.
