Some of Ivanka Trump’s neighbors in the upscale Washington, D.C. community of Kalorama are less than pleased with how the first daughter’s family has “completely taken over the whole street.” Several spoke to the press last month about issues regarding garbage pick-up, parking, and the overwhelming Secret Service presence.
But when it comes to the recent WERK for Peace protest on Ivanka’s block, at least one neighbor doesn’t seem to mind the imposition.

Members of the group, which identifies itself as “a queer-based grassroots movement using all forms of dance to promote peace” danced in the streets on Saturday in a protest for “climate justice. All the while, one of Ivanka’s neighbors stood outside watching (and apparently enjoying) the march in a fur with a glass of wine in hand. Photojournalist Mary F. Calvert posted this shot:
And Twitter is loving this lady.
As The Hill points out, it’s unclear if Trump and her husband Jared Kushner were home during the protest, but either way, it seems to have found a receptive audience.
